We all love a Belgian quad (or a vintage Burgundy) but day to day the Cavern of the Curious Gnome is fuelled by high-roast Italian (espresso-blend) coffee, perfect for Lattes, Cappuccinos, Flat Whites and good old fashioned Black Coffees - not Americanos! Whilst we don't open as early as most coffee shops in Chester, we do stay open for a lot longer in the evening, so please bear that in mind if you need a relaxing evening "pick me up" whilst in Chester.
